Shiverpool Rules!

We had a spooktacular time on our first ever Shiverpool Tour!

The Shiverpool Tours are synonymous with all things scary and macabre in Liverpool and we were not disappointed!

Our guides Chiller Black and Pierce Morgue were out of this world and had us shocked and thrilled as we travelled back in time to hear tales of horror and misfortune!

It was great to be able to do a day time Shiverpool Tour as we weren’t too sure what to expect – but we weren’t disappointed!

We travelled along Hope Street and heard the sad tale of poor Bernie from the Workhouse which once stood where the Catholic Cathedral now stands. We learned of deals with the Devil himself and the frightening tales of The Resurrectionists! The tour finished beneath the Anglican Cathedral in St James Cemetery where we learned the fate of poor William Huskisson and the awful ending of Captain Alisha Halsey.

Jamie said “I was very nervous at first but I thoroughly enjoyed it and I put my hand into a bucket of blood which I couldn’t quite believe I did!”

Our motto is “we believe an ordinary life can be extraordinary” and today was certainly one of the extraordinary days!
