SUPPORT WORKERS – across Liverpool, Sefton & Wirral
We are looking for the right people who share our values to work in both our supported living and social and learning settings. Experience is not essential as full training will be given.
We support people with disabilities to:
Achieve their full potential.
Develop relationships and to be included in their local and wider communities.
Take part in the things that they enjoy and choose to do on a day-to-day basis.
Live an ordinary life e.g. everyday household tasks such as preparing meals, cleaning, washing and managing their finances
We want people who are:
Enthusiastic and can establish good working relationships with people with disabilities and their families
Motivated to support people with disabilities to take part in a wide range of day to day activities
Able to encourage people with disabilities to make informed choices and to take control of their own lives.
