Supported Living is a service that provides support for adults with disabilities and autism, who live independently and have their own tenancy.
In Supported Living, individuals can either live on their own or with somebody else. Support is provided for all aspects of day-to-day life and is led by a Person's Plan, which focuses on directing support in a way that makes the most sense to the individual.
Through our Supported Living service, support can be both practical and emotional. For example, support can include activities such as assisting & enabling an individual to: manage a budget; shop; pay bills; clean; wash; prepare meals; get along with neighbours; access their local community and maintain relationships with family and/or friends.
At Natural Breaks, our Supported Living service provides supports for adults with disabilities, autism and acquired brain injuries across Liverpool.
We work with local housing associations in Liverpool City Region and can work with individuals to help find a house and make it a home.
Natural Breaks supports adults with disabilities and autism to take control of their own lives, always promoting control and choice through our support.
