I joined Natural Breaks in 2017, as the Chief Executive Officer. My main responsibilities are to lead the organisation, support all employees and ensure our organisation stays true to its mission, values and aims. In 2024, I started undertaking my PhD in social work and social policy at Hope University. I am really excited about this and can't wait to share my journey with everyone at Natural Breaks.

Outside of Natural Breaks, I am a mum with two daughters and an avid lover of podcasts.

For me, Natural Breaks is all about people. We believe that everybody is entitled to a wonderful life and strive to deliver the best, person-centred support that will enable individuals to get involved with their local community, develop friendships and expand on hobbies. We are passionate about supporting people and we are not afraid to go the extra mile.

Many people spend their lives looking for a purpose and I am so grateful that I have been able to find mine, doing my job.
