Our Story Joanne Savill - Service Manager for Social and Learning (Outreach Support) I joined Natural Breaks in 2001, as a Social & Learning support worker before progressing to a Supported Living Service Coordinator. In 2009, I returned to my roots and became the Service Manager of our Social & Learning Department. I have a Level 5 QCF in Leadership and Management and a Degree in Applied Psychology. I feel fortunate to have been a part of Natural Breaks for so many years and to have had the opportunity to work at various levels within the organisation. This has given me first-hand experience of working with families and people we support to ensure Natural Breaks only offer the best, person-centred support which will enable people to have fulfilled, meaningful lives. My job gives me the opportunity to achieve this, whilst allowing me to shape Natural Breaks in a way that can enhance the opportunities & experiences offered to people we support and inspire a positive change.
