I started working at Natural Breaks in 1994, as a support worker and later as a Service Coordinator then my current role as Service Manager within the Supported Living Department. I am also Registered Manager.

I have a Level 4 QCF Instruction of Managing the Risk of Aggressive and Challenging Behaviour in the Workplace alongside a Level 5 QCF in Leadership and Management.

The value base that Natural Breaks is built on makes it an organisation that I am proud to have been a part of for so many years.
