Natural Breaks began in 1992 in Liverpool as a joint joint initiative pilot scheme with Liverpool Social Services, Liverpool Health Authority and Mencap Homes Foundation. Natural Breaks  provide support across the Liverpool City Region and are preferred Service Providers in Liverpool, Sefton, Wirral, Knowsley, Halton, Cheshire West and Chester.

• Multiple and Complex Health Needs
• Learning Disabilities
• Physical Disabilities
• Acquired Brain Injuries
• Mental Health Issues
• Sensory Impairment

We do this in the best way for the person's needs. It may be supporting people:

• In their own home
• Supporting people to go out with friends
• To go to work or college
• To maintain as independent life as possible
• To go on holidays or have short breaks
• To transition from Children's to Adult Services

Offering services in Supported Living and Community Outreach, Natural Breaks are dedicated to supporting individuals to lead independent, fulfilling lives.
