Hi, my name is Kate Hill I was put forward for Mental Health First Aider Training by Natural Breaks some years ago now.  As someone who has and will experience poor mental health, I found this  training invaluable and it gave me loads of coping strategies which I frequently apply both at work and at home.  Caring for and being mindful of your own mental health is an important step to keeping well.
