International Women’s Day celebrates the achievements of women around the world and works for an equal, fairer world for all.

It takes place on Wednesday, 8^th March 2023 and aims to raise awareness about gender inequality.

The theme for this year is #EmbraceEquity. This focuses on challenging gender stereotypes and discrimination.

To mark International Women’s Day 2023, we want to celebrate all of our wonderful female staff who fight to make a difference and inspire us with the amazing work they do at Natural Breaks every day.

We asked a number of them to tell us what they love about their job and the work they do.

For me, as a woman, as a person, it is a privilege to be the leader of Natural Breaks.  We are all about people and making a positive difference in people’s lives. Passionate about supporting people. Courageous in going that extra mile. Many people spend their lives looking for a purpose and I am so grateful that I live mine, every single day, doing work that I love with the opportunity to work with and for some of the most wonderful people on this planet!
