Our News 25th Finale Event to celebrate 25 years of Natural Breaks! On Friday 29th June 2018, Natural Breaks celebrated our 25th Anniversary at the Titanic Hotel in Liverpool and what a lovely evening it was. We have had an amazing year and we marked our 25th Anniversary with 25 events, this was the finale, and what a finale it was. Thank you to Susan Gerrard for organising such a wonderful event, it truly was a memorable evening for everyone. Thank you also to everyone who has helped and supported Natural Breaks over the 25 years. There are indeed too many people to mention and it was so nice to see some of those people on the evening. Natural Breaks prides itself on making ordinary lives extraordinary, we could not do that without our amazing team of staff who work so hard. On the evening we thanked our long service members of staff, 4 of whom have been here for 24 out of the 25 years! It was lovely to have Jan Swan our CEO for 24 years back to celebrate with us and Kevin Lloyd, Chair of Trustees was a master of ceremonies on the night, guiding us through the evening. The Long Service Awards were presented to everyone by our CEO Diane Hesketh. The people were; 24 years: Chris Slavin, Jacqui Afflick, Susan Gerrard, Michael Bennett 22 years: Eve McCormack 20 Years: Chris Hagan, Linda Irving 19 Years: Sue Clements, John Davies 18 Years: Kate Hill, Karen Burke 17 Years: Wayne Hudson 16 Years: Hilary Codman, Joanne Savill, Delia Mallon, Paul Sonne, Sharon Currie, Chris Glover, Poli Culver 15 years: Margaret Gilmour, Jacqui Perry, Wisia Gorecki, Annmarie King, Maureen Clark We also remembered Fran Williams who should have been receiving her long service award, who we sadly lost earlier this year. All of these people have worked tirelessly, to make sure the people we support have the best lives they possibly can. They have made so many memories for people that they will treasure. The venue which was by the water was amazing, the lovely room, the table decorations were gorgeous and the night was full of fun, laughter and dancing. Here is to the next 25 years!
