A great big thank you to everyone who sponsored me for the Port Sunlight runs on Sunday. It was a lovely day with huge crowds. I'm glad to say that I managed to complete both the 5k and the 10k events although the last couple of kilometres almost had me on my knees. It was then that I thought of why I was running - because of all the good things Natural Breaks do; because of your sponsorship and for the 'reward' of a nice glass of wine later!
